My favourite is probably coinage (quarters). It's the one where you have to bounce a coin into the glass if you get it in you can nominate someone to drink. If you hit the edge of the glass some one can challenge you - if you miss you have to drink if you get it in they have to drink. If you get it in the glass three times in a row you get to make a rule, that's the basic premise.
There are many rule variations, actually that's probably worth an entire thread of it's own...

My favorite must be postman pat drinking game. You have to take a shoot everytime Pat misses on the gears, and believe me, it happens all the time.
Unfortunately it doesn't happend in the new postman pat movies!
