I have vowed to never fly KLM again. I missed my flight back from South Africa to the UK. They would not budge and inch. It cots me £1000 to get back home to the UK.

Hectic, that's expensive...
I would say that the worst customer service i ever got was from my first hosting company - Fasthosts... in 2006 (oct) they hadn't installed ms-sql 2005 (which came out in 2004), of course they never mentioned this on their site... then they tell me it's quite easy to install a 2005 dbase on a 2000 server... it's not... i said look you can keep the money for the hosting, i just want the money back for the database which was not usable, let alone used, you think they budged? you think it's worth my time for chasing £60? going to court and all of that? never, which is how they manage to get away with that kind of service, and make money on it!!
