Hidden in the Benimussa hills above San Antonio, 528 Ibiza occupies a sprawling rural estate with an unusual back-story. The site opened in 1972 as a zoo and later became the well-known Benimussa Park, home to the cult Zoo Project and Gala Night parties, before a spell as a theatrical dining venue.
