Sydhavnen calls it the red castle. Karens Minde Kulturhus sits in a small park of tall trees at Wagnersvej 19, a Dutch Renaissance-style main building raised in 1880 by architect Vilhelm Klein and extended in neoclassical style by Einar Thuxen in 1914.
