The Xfinity Center, originally known as the Great Woods Center for the Performing Arts and still commonly called Great Woods, is a 19,900-capacity outdoor amphitheatre at 885 South Main Street in Mansfield, Massachusetts. Note: the venue's database listing shows Mansfield, OH, but the Xfinity Center is in Mansfield, Massachusetts. The thirteen-million-dollar, 106-acre venue was proposed in 1985 by Don Law, John E. Drew, and Sherman Wolf after Law concluded the New England region desperately need.....
