Tucked at street level inside Cincinnati's Aronoff Center for the Arts, the Fifth Third Bank Theater is an intimate, configurable studio space used for small-scale performances, corporate presentations, and private events. Located at 650 Walnut Street, just one block from Fountain Square in the city's Backstage District, the room sits within the same landmark building that houses the 2,700-seat Procter and Gamble Hall and the 437-seat Jarson-Kaplan Theater. The space holds up to 120 guests in fixed-seat theatre configuration, 250 for a standing reception, and 100 for a seated dinner. Full lighting rigs and a professional sound system handle everything from cabaret-style concerts and spoken-word performances to film screenings and awards ceremonies. A wall of street-facing windows along Seventh Street can remain open for natural light or be covered with blackout drapes for full stage control. Directly beneath the theatre, a shared rehearsal hall doubles as a breakout space or green room for larger multi-room events. The Aronoff Center opened in 1995, designed by internationally renowned architect Cesar Pelli. Its dramatic glass, stainless-steel, and brick facades create a striking modern counterpoint to the surrounding nineteenth-century commercial buildings. The centre is home to Fifth Third Bank Broadway in Cincinnati, which brings major national touring productions like Hamilton, Wicked, and The Lion King to Procter and Gamble Hall each season, as well as the Cincinnati Ballet and numerous smaller resident arts groups that keep the building active nearly every night of the year.
