Occupying 35,000 square feet on the third-floor roof deck of the Fontainebleau Las Vegas, LIV Beach is a daylife destination that launched in spring 2024 as part of the $3.7 billion resort's grand opening. Operated by Groot Hospitality -- the same team behind the flagship LIV Nightclub in Miami Beach -- the pool party draws inspiration from the French Riviera and shares a unified stage with its nightclub counterpart, giving guests access to headline DJ talent from daytime through the early morning hours. Capacity is deliberately capped at 2,000 guests, roughly half the norm for Strip pool venues, a decision designed to preserve atmosphere over volume. The layout centers on the DJ booth and stage, surrounded by a dance floor, pool, and tiered seating options that range from terrace tables and daybeds to pool couches and six private bungalows, each with its own pool. Premium table minimums on peak Saturdays can reach five figures, reflecting the venue's positioning at the top end of the Las Vegas dayclub market. Resident artists have included John Summit, Dom Dolla, David Guetta, and Tiesto. LIV Beach operates Friday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the March-through-October season, with a strict 21-and-over age policy. The venue was designed by David Rockwell with a stadium-like sightline philosophy: unlike most Strip clubs where general admission is pushed to the periphery, LIV places the average ticket holder in the center of the action. Located at 2777 South Las Vegas Boulevard on the north end of the Strip, the Fontainebleau campus also houses multiple restaurants, hotel towers, and the expansive LIV Nightclub. Advance ticket purchases are strongly recommended, as capacity frequently fills on headliner weekends. The venue has quickly established itself among the most sought-after pool party experiences in Las Vegas.
