At the far end of Puerto Banus, on the rooftop of the Edificio Club de Mar above the Muelle de Honor, Pangea is one of Marbella's best-known luxury nightclubs. It is reached by climbing the staircase at the Puerto Banus tower, and the open-air club looks out over the marina and the Mediterranean, with the moored superyachts directly below. The venue is an outdoor roof terrace given over to bottle service and table reservations, and it has built a reputation as a celebrity and high-roller magnet -- valets parking Porsches and Ferraris on the street outside is part of its self-image. It typically opens nightly through the season from around 10pm until the early hours, later at weekends, with a music policy spanning house, R&B and Afrobeats across themed nights. A smart, elegant dress code is enforced and, given the limited space, tables are effectively essential at weekends. Its position over the port places it at the centre of Puerto Banus nightlife, among the marina's cluster of upmarket bars and clubs.
