In a substantial converted warehouse facility in the Al Quoz Industrial Area 2 district of inland Dubai about 20 minutes south-east of central downtown, Loco Bear is the largest dedicated family-entertainment hub in the broader Dubai region and one of the most heavily attended indoor entertainment venues for the broader Dubai expatriate family market. The 80,000-square-foot complex opened in December 2022, occupying a substantial dedicated converted industrial space and providing a substantial integrated collection of indoor entertainment attractions under a single combined day-pass admission. The complex is organised around five distinct themed entertainment zones, each occupying a substantial dedicated section of the broader interior space and each focused on a different category of indoor entertainment. The principal central Trampoline Park section houses more than 50 individual interconnected trampolines arranged in a wall-to-wall grid configuration, with several integrated foam pits, several wall-trampoline sections and several aerial-acrobatic platforms. The Climbing Park section houses several substantial indoor climbing walls reaching heights of 10 metres, with several bouldering sections and several auto-belay configurations accommodating climbers of all experience levels. The Ninja Warrior Course section houses a substantial multi-element obstacle course modelled directly on the broader American Ninja Warrior television competition format, with the broader course including monkey bars, salmon ladders, ring tosses, balance beams and several free-fall jumping platforms. The Karting section houses a substantial indoor go-kart track with a fleet of electric karts and a dedicated themed track configuration. The Soft Play section houses a substantial multi-level soft-play structure designed specifically for younger children (typically ages 2 through 8) with extensive integrated slides, climbing structures, ball pits and small interactive play features. The complex also includes a substantial Virtual Reality zone with more than 20 individual VR-game stations covering a substantial library of multi-player VR experiences, a small traditional arcade with several dozen classic arcade machines, several party-room spaces available for children's birthday parties and the on-site Loco Bear Cafe serving substantial meals and refreshments. The venue operates seven days a week with extended weekend evening hours and day-pass pricing providing unlimited access to all attractions.
