A dangerous subject, especially once garnish enters the chat looking self-important. Do you enjoy the craft, creativity, and theatre of cocktails, or do you feel some of them are merely elaborate routes to getting less drink for more money? Feel free to land anywhere between admiration and affectionate scepticism. I think they are an artform, especially if well made by someone else!
