Enrico and Gioacchino have set up a very relaxed and friendly vibe in their restaurant, and this is even more apparent when the one of owners will greet and chat to each guest. You feel welcome in their establishment and at home, it's almost like they've invited you into a part of Italy... so much so that you expect to see an Italian matron in the kitchen producing some of their excellent dishes. The restaurant retains a personal feel with the personality of the hosts always apparent. Beautiful black and white images of the hosts' young children adorn the walls, as well as original images of their parents before arriving in South Africa. You'll probably also be able to meet the restaurant cat, interweaving itself between the chair legs. Over the last eight years the cozy little establishment has expanded to twice its size, right in the heart of Main Road, Seapoint. Which is incidentally one of Cape Town’s most established and iconic suburbs.
