The Wallace with its fantastic glass atrium roof is a French brasserie de luxe harking back to an age of informal elegance. Set in the beautiful Sculpture Garden of the Wallace Collection, this is the latest venture of restaurateur Oliver Peyton. The Wallace offers a classic and contemporary French all day menu or - la carte menu, courtesy of head chef Thierry Laborde, featuring seasonal dishes with most ingredients imported from France. The Wallace is open from breakfast and lunch through to afternoon tea, and dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings.
