Bubby's at 120 Hudson Street in Tribeca has been setting a standard for American comfort food since 1991. Owner Ron Silver built the restaurant around authentic family recipes from Nebraska, Arkansas, Brooklyn and beyond. The menu features fresh, homemade food prepared from scratch daily, and the bakery - which began as a pie company - remains central to the operation. Seasonal pies are a signature: berry in summer, pumpkin in autumn, pecan in winter and strawberry rhubarb in spring.
