Medbar is a Mediterranean-themed cocktail bar, restaurant and late-night club at 50 Oxford Street in Southampton, trading since 2013. By day and early evening it serves Mediterranean-inspired tapas and grill dishes alongside a cocktail list with a two-for-one offer running daily from 4pm to 8pm, and bills itself around a large bottomless-brunch menu. On Friday and Saturday nights it shifts into club mode, opening until 2am across two rooms of music -- commercial, R&B, garage and party classics in one, Afrobeats, amapiano and dancehall in another -- with free entry before a set time.
