Billed as the UAE's first large-scale indoor inflatable park, Air Maniax sits in the Al Quoz industrial district of Dubai, behind Dynatrade on 16 Street. The Al Quoz site is the brand's flagship, an indoor multi-activity hub spread across more than 2,000 square metres and built around a large inflatable arena. The concept grew out of a stated aim to tackle inactivity and combine fun with exercise, creating a home-grown alternative to international franchises with around fifteen indoor activities. Within the inflatable arena, visitors can take on the Warrior Assault ninja-style obstacle course, the Meltdown rotating-arm challenge, a multi-sports area and dedicated soft play. Other attractions include Zip Zag, a zipline experience, a jump tower, dodgeball and trampoline-style features, with toddler zones set aside for the youngest guests. The park is pitched at all ages and abilities, from young children to adults, schools and corporate groups looking for an active day out. An on-site cafe gives families somewhere to rest and refuel between sessions, and the venue is open daily across long hours. A trademark of the View Emirates group, Air Maniax has since expanded to several locations across Dubai and Abu Dhabi from this original Al Quoz base. Al Quoz has grown from a purely industrial area into a hub of warehouses converted into art galleries, studios and leisure venues, and the inflatable park fits this pattern of large-format spaces in the district. Sessions are sold in timed slots, with grip socks required and available on site, and the venue caters to walk-in visitors, schools and corporate groups as well as private parties. The success of this flagship helped the brand grow into a chain of branches across Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the years after it opened. Lockers and a seating area let families store belongings and rest between rounds on the inflatables.
