A tram depot on Osterbro traded its streetcars for squash courts. The first floor adds kickboxing club rooms and administration, a dance hall sits in the parterre for ball-free disciplines like yoga and dance, and two outdoor padel courts on the parking side book from 6:00 to 23:00 daily, with racket hire through the cafe. Access follows the Copenhagen model: private individuals and companies book courts by the hour through Bookbyen.dk, associations and evening schools apply through the municipal allocation, and opening hours run 7:00-23:00 Monday to Thursday with earlier closes across the weekend. The hall's spot at the mouth of the Svanemolle harbour district - beside the S-train, ten minutes from the city centre - keeps it in constant rotation for Osterbro clubs, company teams and casual padel bookings alike. The tram-depot bones give the hall its character - high ceilings, long sightlines and daylight the newer sports boxes rarely match - and the surrounding Svanemolle quarter is mid-transformation, with the harbour beach, the Svanemolle bay sailing clubs and the Nordhavn district's growth steadily thickening the neighbourhood the old remise now serves.
