The kitchen goes well beyond standard bar food: mesquite-smoked redfish, spit-roasted chicken, rotisseried cabrito, ribeye steaks, green chile empanadas, and vegetables fried in duck fat fill a menu rooted in Gulf Coast, Southern, and border-country traditions.
