Opened in early 2023 with a private capital investment of more than $130 million, the OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino is a 5,000-seat, state-of-the-art entertainment venue at 6366 Stanley Avenue in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Ranked number one in Canada by Billboard Magazine's year-end rankings for venues with 2,501-5,000 capacity and in the top 10 worldwide, the theatre was modelled after the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, with a fan-shaped design that places no seat more than 150 feet from the action. The 200,000-square-foot facility houses a 6,400-square-foot stage -- the largest in the Niagara region -- flanked by two 30-by-18-foot high-definition screens. Billy Joel headlined the sold-out grand opening on February 25, 2023. Since then, the venue has hosted Rod Stewart, Carlos Santana, Billy Idol, Cheap Trick, John Fogerty, Kane Brown, Pitbull, Nick Jonas, and dozens of other major acts across genres from classic rock and country to comedy and theatrical productions. The OLG Stage is one of two entertainment venues at Fallsview Casino Resort, alongside the 1,500-seat Avalon Theatre. Both are all-ages facilities, though children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. The venue can be entered through the Galleria walkway inside Fallsview Casino Resort or from street level at the Murray Street/Stanley Avenue intersection. A strict restricted bag policy applies. Tickets are sold through Ticketmaster with an 8-ticket-per-customer limit. Located just a 70-kilometre drive from the Greater Toronto Area, the venue fills a gap in the Canadian market as one of the few 5,000-capacity soft-seat theatres in the country. The intimate atmosphere at scale -- something that flat-floor arena venues at similar capacity cannot replicate -- has been a major draw for both artists and audiences since opening.
