The first newly built theatre in London's West End in around fifty years, sohoplace opened in 2022 at the corner of Soho, beside Tottenham Court Road station. It was developed as part of a major regeneration around the station and Soho Place, bringing a purpose-built playhouse to a district long associated with theatre and nightlife.
