Designed by Samuel Hannaford and Sons in the Beaux-Arts style, Memorial Hall at 1225 Elm Street in Cincinnati's Over-the-Rhine neighbourhood was built by the Grand Army of the Republic in 1908 as a monument to the city and county's veterans of the Civil War and Spanish-American War.
